By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you explicitly agree to receive automated text messages from ResvoMe and the service provider regarding your appointments.
1. SMS Service Description
ResvoMe provides automated SMS notifications for appointment management. This service is strictly for transactional messages related to appointments you have booked or waitlists you have joined.
2. Types of Messages You Will Receive
You will ONLY receive the following types of transactional messages:
- Booking Confirmations: Immediate confirmation when you book an appointment
- Appointment Reminders: Typically sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
- Cancellation Notices: Confirmation when an appointment is cancelled by you or the provider
- Reschedule Notifications: Updates when appointments are rescheduled
- Waitlist Alerts: Time-sensitive notifications when a spot becomes available (30-minute response window)
- Service Updates: Important updates about your appointment (e.g., provider running late)
We will NEVER send:
- Marketing or promotional messages
- Sales offers or discount codes
- Survey or review requests
- Messages unrelated to your booked appointments
- Third-party advertisements
3. Message Frequency
- Standard frequency: 2-3 messages per appointment
- Waitlist frequency: 1 additional messages if you join a waitlist
- Message frequency varies based on your booking activity
- You control frequency by the number of appointments you book
4. Consent and Opt-In Process
How We Obtain Your Consent
When booking an appointment on ResvoMe, you must explicitly check a consent checkbox that clearly states:
"✓ Yes, I consent to receive automated SMS appointment reminders"
This consent checkbox:
- Is required to complete your booking
- Is clearly visible and cannot be pre-checked
- Includes links to this SMS Terms page, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service
- Records your consent with timestamp in our secure database
- Is specific to appointment-related messages only
Consent Records
We maintain records of your consent including date, time, phone number, and IP address for TCPA compliance. These records are securely stored and never shared with unauthorized third parties.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
To Stop Receiving Messages:
- 1.Reply STOP to any message you receive from us
- 2.You will receive a final confirmation message of your opt-out
- 3.No further messages will be sent to your number
Note: Opting out of SMS does not cancel your appointments. You can still manage appointments through the web platform.
Additional Opt-Out Keywords Supported:
STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT
6. Opt-In Instructions
If you previously opted out and wish to receive messages again:
- Text START or UNSTOP to resubscribe
- Or provide consent again when booking your next appointment

- Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan
- ResvoMe does not charge for SMS messages

9. Privacy and Data Protection
- Your phone number is used ONLY for appointment-related communications
- We NEVER sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing
- Phone numbers are encrypted and stored securely
- We comply with all applicable privacy laws including TCPA
- Service providers can only contact you about your appointments with them

10. Supported Carriers
Our SMS service works with all major U.S. carriers including but not limited to:
AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Metro PCS, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and U.S. Cellular.
11. TCPA Compliance
ResvoMe operates in full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We maintain proper consent records, honor opt-out requests immediately, and only send messages directly related to appointments you have initiated.
12. Dispute Resolution
For any concerns about SMS messages, please contact us immediately at support@resvome.com. We will investigate and resolve any issues within 48 hours.
13. Changes to SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to service providers and reflected on the consent checkbox. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
